π Check In/Out Information
- Check in is from 14H00 and check out is at 11H00. Late check out is subject to chalet availability and a surcharge during peak times. Please enquire at the bar.
- Positive identification in the form of a passport, driver's license or identity book may be required at check in. The Chalets may from time to time be subject to routine enhancements, maintenance and upgrades without prior notice.
- Bookings may only be made by persons who are at least 18 years of age. Accommodation may not be transferred and/or sold to any third party without the prior written consent of the farm management.

- Respect Animals Observe from a distance. Donβt feed, chase, or touch farm animals or wildlife β it can stress them out or harm their health.
- Follow Farm Rules and Signs Every farm is different. Follow posted signs and the farmerβs instructions to keep yourself and the land safe.
- No dogs allowed in the guest house
- Swimming towels to rent in case you forgot
- R100 deposit on plastic glasses
- Bedside lamps behind the headboard in the chalets
- We sell: Wood, charcoal, blitz and ice.
- NO GLASS GLASSES ALLOWED AT POOLS
- NO BATH/CHALET TOWELS ALLOWED AT POOLS
- NO OWN ALCOHOL AT THE BAR
π Food & Braai Amenities
- Ready made meals such as lasagne, pizza, wraps, pies, pastas and other food items are available at the Food Court.

π³ The Environment
- Please throw your cigarette buds in a dustbin and help pick up cigarette buds that you see on the floor and dispose of them in a dustbin, help keep the farm clean.
- We use septic tanks. No condoms, earbuds or any inorganic substances to be flushed down toilets.
- Do Not Litter Take your trash with you or use provided bins. Waste harms animals, pollutes water, and ruins the beauty of nature.
- Use Water Wisely Conserve water when showering, washing hands, shaving, washing dishes. Itβs a precious resource, especially on the farm.
- Avoid Harmful Chemicals Use eco-friendly products and donβt pour chemicals into the soil or water sources. They can disrupt delicate ecosystems.
- Respect the Soil Soil is more than dirt β itβs a living ecosystem. Donβt dig, compact, or contaminate it unnecessarily.

- Support Sustainable Practices Buy local, organic, or regenerative produce when you can. It supports eco-conscious farming and reduces your carbon footprint.

πΆ Farm Pet Policy
- All pets must be supervised at all times and remain under the ownerβs control.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste must be properly disposed of in designated areas or bins.
- Aggressive behavior is not tolerated. Pets showing aggression toward people or animals may be asked to leave the premises.
- Limit of 2 pets per visitor group, unless prior arrangements are made.
- No excessive barking or noise. Owners may be asked to remove noisy pets from the premises.
- Certain areas may be off-limits to pets. Please observe signage and staff instructions.
- The farm is not liable for pet injuries or incidents. Owners accept full responsibility for their pets and any damages caused.
π Bookings Policy
- Reservation Requirements:
Guests must provide a valid name, contact information, and credit card details (only applicable to international guests) to confirm a reservation. - Advance Booking:
Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance and are subject to availability. - Deposit Policy:
A deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of reservation. - Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation may incur a cancellation fee. - No-Show Policy:
Failure to arrive without prior notice may result in a no-show fee and cancellation of the reservation. - Modification Policy:
Changes to reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. - Group Reservations:
Special terms may apply for group bookings of 5 or more guests. Please contact us directly. - Age Requirement:
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. - Payment Methods:
We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. - Special Requests:
While we do our best to accommodate special requests, they are not guaranteed.
